We offer free domestic shipping on all orders placed within Canada over $75.00 CDN. Item(s) are shipped via CanadaPost’s Xpresspost service and are usually delivered 2-3 days after being shipped from our office.
Paid Shipping
For domestic orders under $75.00 CDN we offer Expedited Parcel shipping. This is a lower cost, confirmed shipping option available for $4.95.
Items are shipped to the U.S.A via Xpresspost – USA and rates start at $12.95 depending on destination. Customer is responsible for paying customs fees and duties.
Tracking Your Shipment
All orders are fulfilled and leave our premises within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is placed and will be able to logon to our website to check the status of your order at any time.
Shipping To A Different Location
Jewelry items are often purchased as gifts for the loved ones and are sometimes delivered to an address other than your credit card's billing address. Please specify a different shipping address when placing an order. Such orders are confirmed over the phone to the credit card's billing phone number to insure that the order has been placed by the credit card's rightful owner. This will help prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.
Argento Jeweler will not ship orders destined to P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery, Signature Confirmation & Insurance
All our shipments are insured and require signature confirmation for acceptance of the shipment. This process protects both parties and insures the delivery of the item(s) to the rightful owners.
APO/FPO Shipments
Orders placed on our website with a shipping address destined to an APO/FPO address of military bases of the armed forces, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. A specific date of arrival of shipment into your hands is not guaranteed. Shipments are delivered to your APO/FPO processing center within 3-5 business days using USPS Priority mail. From that point on, the military postal service is responsible to deliver the package to you.
