Our Return Policy
If you're not happy, we're not happy! It's that simple.
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is important to us at Argento Jeweler. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Any resized, engraved, altered or noticeably worn jewelry is not refundable. Please note that shipping/handling and insurance fees are not refundable.
Return Process
Please follow these simple steps in order to insure proper return and credit processing:
1) When your shipment arrives, inspect it carefully for any damage or discrepancy.
2) Contact our customer service department at 1-800-505-8285 in order to report your claim and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#).
3) Securely package item(s). Include original packing slip/invoice, original packaging and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
4) Clearly print "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" on the outside of the package along with the RMA# and mail the package to:

We will notify you by email once we have received, inspected and processed the returned item(s). Please allow 10 business days for credit processing.
Please Note:
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, unsealed, or uninsured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, secure shipping service such as those offered by CanadaPost's XpressPost or a bondable courier.
Items paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card.
Any jewelry damaged in shipping is to be kept by the customer until we are able to make claim arrangements with the shipper/courier. Do not return the item(s) to us unless instructed to do so.

Orders over $200.00 may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
